A secretary will serve a cup of coffee or tea to your partners during the meetings and help you make yourself ready for meetings (producing photocopies, prints, etc. of documents); • Secretarial Services – You can enjoy a cup of coffee or surf the Internet while the secretary prepares documentation, e.g. a power of attorney, statements or agreements; • Telephone Number – The secretary answers your incoming phone calls on behalf of your company; • Fax Number – The secretary receives, records and sends faxes by your order; • Mailing Address – The secretary collects, records and sends your business correspondence. You may register the mailing address with the State Revenue Service (SRS) as the Registered Office of your branch department; • E-Mail Address – The secretary checks your incoming messages and forwards your e-mail messages by your order; • Internet – You have free access to the Internet to check your company’s accounts or just read the news.
The services can be ordered separately or altogether for a special monthly price of 75 LVL.
